Incoming material Inspection- We inspect raw materials to ensure they meet specified quality standards and meet customer requirements.
In-Process Quality Checks: We perform real time monitoring and inspection of machined parts including dimensional accuracy, surface finish and tolerance adherence, to identify and rectify any deviations from design specifications.
Final Product Inspection: We conduct comprehensive inspections of finished components and assemblies to verify conformance to customer requirements, quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
Root Cause Analysis: In the event of non-conformities or quality issues, we conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying causes, implement corrective and preventative measures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
